Mrs. Shadan Mahdi, Founder and Director of Elina Kindergarten, is an education professional whose journey reflects determination, independent leadership, and a sustained commitment to early childhood education.
With a bachelor's degree and a strong passion for nurturing young minds, she established Elina Kindergarten in 2010 with the vision of creating a structured, engaging and supportive learning environment for children during their formative years.
Over the years, Elina Kindergarten has developed into an established institution serving children from Pre-Nursery through Standard I. Under her leadership, the school focuses on academic learning along with social development, creativity, discipline, confidence and individual attention.
Her journey represents women-led entrepreneurship, educational leadership and purposeful institution building through dedication and perseverance.
Continuing this journey of purposeful education, 2026 marked the establishment of NeuroBloom, a specialised teaching and learning centre dedicated to supporting children with autism and diverse learning needs.
Elina Kindergarten is not just a school; it is a place where children learn, grow, and feel loved and cared for.
Our school has been running successfully for the last 15 years. We are proud of our excellent infrastructure, dedicated teachers, cooperative staff, and strong spirit of teamwork.
